The haze is the consequence of human activities with specific climatic conditions, high densities economic and social activities will inevitably discharge quantity will getting larger and larger PM2.5 haze. Once the discharge quantity reaches the peak of the circulation capability and the carrying capacity of the atmosphere, the density of the haze will keep rising, during this time if it's also having the static weather, then the haze will be spread wisely.
In 2013, haze is the annual keywords, within this year, the haze has been cover more than 30 provinces four times, in Beijing there are only five days without haze. There is one report that shows 500 super city in China, only 1% of them reaches the standard air condition which is recommended to the world health organization, within the same time, in world wide most polluted city, China has take 7 of them.

In February 2014, our chair man Mr Xi Jinping indicated that, to solve this situation of haze and improves peoples living conditions is to control the PM2.5, we need to decrease the exploit and use of coal, strictly control the car, adjust the industrial line, improve the management, joint prevention and control and governance according to the law, we should focus on the core area, strict to the indicators for performance appraisal, reinforce the environmental law enforcement supervision and responsibility investigation.
In December 2016, the longest haze in winter is coming, a lot of cities reach the fearful pollution, and it will last long another 4 days, until 21st of December, it will move from south to north and decrease slowly, the worst situation will occurs in 19th night, during this time, the haze will affect more than 11 provinces.
